Getting Started at Crescent Counseling Center

  • Step 1: Schedule an Intake Appointment
    In order to be seen at Crescent Counseling Center, all new clients begin with an intake appointment. This allows us to learn more about you, your goals, and your needs.

  • Step 2: Complete Your Intake Paperwork
    Prior to your appointment, you’ll be asked to complete intake forms. This ensures your clinician has the background information needed to make the most of your session.

  • Step 3: Meet with an Intake Clinician
    During your intake session, you will meet with one of our clinicians who will listen to your concerns, gather history, and provide recommendations for care.

  • Step 4: Find the Best Fit
    Following your intake, the clinician will recommend one of the following:

    • Continue with them for ongoing therapy.

    • Connect with another therapist in our practice who may be a better fit for your needs.

    • Be placed on our waitlist until the right therapist becomes available.
