She strives to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment for children, adolescents, and adults to explore their inner worlds and take meaningful steps toward growth and healing. Her work is rooted in a trauma-informed and attachment-based framework, drawing from a range of modalities including DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Somatic Psychotherapy.
