Are sessions in person or virtual?
All Assessment and Medication Management appointments are held virtually at this time.
If the client is a minor, who needs to be present for Assessment and Medication Management intake and follow-up appointments?
The minor client and a guardian will need to be present for both intake and follow-up sessions.
I am a current Medication Management client and have a question or concern about my medication, who should I contact?
You can use the secure messaging feature directly on your Therapy Portal to message our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule appointments directly through your Therapy Portal.
Please note: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment cannot be processed through the portal. In this case, please contact your clinician directly. A $100 cancellation fee will apply.
