Background:

Caroline is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience providing therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds. She earned her degree in Human Services and Community Counseling from SUNY Oswego and has served in a variety of settings, including community mental health, non-profit organizations, private practices, and schools. As a former military spouse, Caroline has lived and worked across the United States, gaining a deep appreciation for the unique stories and perspectives each client brings.

Caroline works with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, stress management, and self-esteem. Her approach combines professional expertise with authenticity and compassion, creating a warm, inclusive, and collaborative environment where clients can feel truly seen and supported. Drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and other client-centered techniques, Caroline empowers clients to face life’s challenges with confidence and to recognize their innate strengths. She values open and honest communication as the foundation for meaningful therapeutic work and is dedicated to providing care that is both effective and deeply supportive.
