Caroline is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience providing therapy for a diverse range of clients. She graduated from SUNY Oswego with a degree in Human Services / Community Counseling and has extensive experience working in a variety of settings, such as community mental health, non-profit mental health centers, private therapy organizations, and school settings.

Her clinical background includes working with a variety of client needs, such as feelings of depression and anxiety, trauma, life changes, grief, stress management, and self-esteem.
As a prior military spouse, she has lived and worked all over the United States and has had the privilege of working with people from a diverse variety of backgrounds. She is focused on applying her expertise within the therapeutic setting, while also maintaining a welcoming and supportive stance with all clients.
Caroline provides a warm, compassionate, and accepting space, while encouraging client empowerment and collaborating to identify real-world actions that help achieve their goals. Her therapeutic and evidence-based approaches include humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT, and other client-centered techniques. She is passionate about delivering excellent, effective care and works with clients to meet life's challenges with self-assurance and reliance on their innate gifts and strengths. Caroline delivers supportive, inclusive, and respectful care for all clients, and she prioritizes open and honest communication as a critical part of the therapeutic process.
