What are the costs associated with QbCheck testing for ADHD?
Summary of Billing and Costs
Initial Intake: If we accept your insurance, we will submit a claim. You are responsible for any co-pays or deductibles associated with your plan.
QbCheck (ADHD Testing): If recommended, you will complete a consent form and pay the $300 testing fee out-of-pocket (not covered by insurance).
Review of Results & Follow-Up Session: After QbCheck, our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will review results and provide a follow-up session. If we accept your insurance, we will submit a claim to your insurance. You will be responsible for any co-pays or deductibles associated with your plan.
