Background:
Andrew is a Resident in Social Work who was born and raised in Florida before relocating to the DC metro area in 2004. He earned his undergraduate degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University and has worked across a range of settings, including government and nonprofit organizations. In 2023, Andrew received his Master of Social Work from George Mason University and has been providing outpatient therapy services since that time.
Approach:
Andrew integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches—including art therapy, play therapy, EMDR, and narrative therapy—to support clients in developing deeper insight into their emotions, behaviors, and strengths. He works collaboratively with clients, helping them tap into their resilience as they navigate life’s challenges and process past experiences and trauma.
Just for Fun:
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing music and listening to vinyl records. When the weather allows, he can often be found kayaking, and he regularly hosts a Dungeons & Dragons game with friends. He also enjoys video games, spending time with his dog, and reading books on history and philosophy.

Andrew provides clinical services under the supervision of the LCSW listed below. As a Supervisee in social work, Andrew does not obtain or provide services on an independent basis, and he does not independently submit insurance claims. All insurance claims are submitted through Crescent Counseling Center.
