Background:

Jessica is one of four proud owners of Crescent Counseling Center, founded in 2021 with a shared vision of creating a supportive, inclusive space where both clients and clinicians can thrive. As part of the leadership team, she is deeply committed to fostering a practice culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and authenticity—values that guide the center’s approach to care every day.

A Northern Virginia native, Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University (Go Hoyas!) and a Master’s in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech. She attributes her flexible, conversational therapy style to her diverse clinical background and experience working with a wide range of populations and clinical presentations.

Technique:

Her approach emphasizes collaboration, connection, and vulnerability as tools for growth. By identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, fostering motivation, and encouraging authentic self-reflection, Jessica helps clients pave a path toward the kind of success they define for themselves. Known for her outgoing, warm, and energetic presence, she creates a space where clients feel both supported and inspired. Jessica is also a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist.

Just for fun:

When she’s not with clients, Jessica can be found diving deep into pop culture conversations, spending quality time with her friends, family, and cats—and indulging in plenty of shopping.
