Background:

Julia is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Crescent Counseling Center, originally from Northern Virginia. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina before returning to the DMV area to complete her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University.

Technique:

Julia’s therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and person-centered therapy techniques. She has experience working with adolescents and brings a passionate commitment to supporting mental health and personal growth. Julia strives to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
