Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over nine years of experience working with adults, teens, children, and families in Northern Virginia, where she grew up. Her clinical expertise includes trauma processing, social anxiety, substance abuse, relationship challenges and attachment issues, adolescent self-esteem, and mood disorders.
