Background:

Originally from Maryland, Natalie moved to Virginia to pursue her Bachelor's of Social Work degree from Liberty University. She then went on and earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Boise State University. During her academic journey, she developed a strong passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Drawing from a blend of therapeutic modalities, Natalie offers a compassionate yet straightforward approach that empowers clients to take an active role in their healing. She tailors her interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. By creating a supportive space grounded in empathy and respect, she helps clients identify their strengths, build motivation for change, and develop practical strategies to overcome life’s challenges. Her therapeutic style is warm and collaborative, yet she isn’t afraid to provide gentle guidance to support growth and self-awareness.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with loved ones, diving into the next book on her TBR, or relaxing in a hammock at a nearby park!

Natalie Both, Supervisee in Social Work, is currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is registered with the Virginia Board of Social Work. Natalie provides clinical services under the supervision of the LCSW listed below. As a Supervisee in Social Work, Natalie does not obtain or provide services on an independent basis, and she does not independently submit insurance claims.
