Background:

Sierra is a Licensed Professional Counselor born and raised in Northern Virginia, with a lifelong fascination for how the human mind works. Deeply empathetic and passionate about helping others, she especially enjoys working with adolescents and individuals from all walks of life. Sierra earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and later completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Mason University.

Technique:

Sierra’s therapeutic style is integrative, drawing primarily from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and schema therapy approaches. She believes the heart of therapy lies in the connection between client and clinician and works to build a space rooted in trust, comfort, and authenticity. Her goal is to help clients feel safe to explore their emotions, process their experiences, and find meaningful growth.

Outside the office, Sierra loves cuddling with her cat, drawing, experimenting with new DIY projects, and rewatching her favorite comfort shows.
